POD
online chat was fun on Wednesday 12/08 lots of good conversation happening, food and drinks and tv shows! Bit hard at first responding to all conversations until we became a group. Need to be a fast typer to keep up so lengthy conversations were limited. I hope there was spell checker too!
Interact chat was a bit confusing because the topics of discussion where about Topic 4 which i hadn't read about yet. I finally understood what people were talking about when i read and completed topic exercises.
LC-MOO looked good to use when i first got access but then my access was denied, i got kick out of the party, boo hoo. Ken tried to slip me in using another password but the bouncers denied my entry again! Perhaps "Open sesame" may have been the secret password?lol
I recently attended a Digital Education Revolution workshop run by the NSW Dept of Education to prepare teachers for the roll out of the government issue laptops. It was fantastic!. The workshop related to implementing online communities in education just as this subject ICT510 is teaching me. Even though it is overwhelming due the variety of educational IT, it exciting too because education will be more creative, more interactive and more sharing of thoughts and ideas.
